The hotel has a very cool artsy style with King Beds and a good shower. It's a great place to chill and have a snooker game or two with friends. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. However, the service felt robotic at times and lacked assistance when needed, though some staff members like Denric were friendly and efficient. The location, while a hit with the kids, resulted in large traffic in common areas and felt rather distant from other attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable and multinational, offering diverse food choices. The facilities were well-prepared for guests' convenience.
